Celestial Diet
The diet that the Seraphim recommend is a diet for this time in which the planet is undergoing deep geophysical changes and human-made changes, such as extreme pollution in different levels (air, water, sound, vaccination, genetically modified food electromagnetic disruption and so forth).
In many cases, in order to cope with the side effect of these pollutants, medications such as anti-anxiety/anti-psychotic/anti-depressants are prescribed. However, it is also possible to be balanced in these times without resorting to these remedies that are manufactured by darkness itself.
The Celestial diet is sugar and complex carbohydrate-free diet:
- NO starches, including most grains, beans, sugar, and even many fruits
- Eat only organic.
- The secret is to eat small amounts and only from 11 AM to sunset and not after.
